Price Beat Guarantee
We are committed to providing the best value for our customers. That's why we offer a Price Beat Guarantee on all our electrical services.
How it Works: If you receive a written quote from another licensed electrician for the same job at a lower price, simply present it to us. We'll match their price and then beat it by 10% to ensure you're getting the best deal possible.
Suspected False Quotes Policy: Please note that suspected fake or fraudulent quotes will not be beaten. We reserve the right to refuse any price match request that we believe to be illegitimate or inaccurate.
Discount Policy: Priority of First-Time Customer Discount over Price Beat Guarantee
In case of a clash between the price-beat guarantee and the first-time discount, a greater discount will be applied. Given that the first-time customer discount offers a higher percentage (20%) compared to the price-beat guarantee (10%), the first-time customer discount will always be applied whenever both discounts are eligible. Only one discount can be used per transaction, and you must meet the eligibility criteria for the chosen discount.
